Core disclosure
Virtual Trading Disclosure
What Kuber Trade is, what it is not, and why every number you see here is virtual.
Kuber Trade, available at kuber-tech.com (the “Platform”), is a virtual trading simulator operated by Kuber Trade (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). It exists so that users can practise and learn trading concepts using simulated money in a risk-free environment. Please read this disclosure carefully before using the Platform.
1. Everything is virtual
- All capital, balances, holdings, orders, trades, margins, and profit-or-loss figures on the Platform are virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever.
- You cannot deposit real money into the Platform, and you cannot withdraw, redeem, encash, or transfer any amount out of it.
- No order placed on the Platform is transmitted to, matched on, or settled by any stock exchange, clearing corporation, or depository.
- No real securities, derivatives, commodities, or other financial instruments are ever bought, sold, or held on your behalf.
2. What Kuber Trade is not
The Company and the Platform are not, and do not hold themselves out as, any of the following:
- a stock broker, sub-broker, trading member, or clearing member of any exchange;
- a stock exchange, depository, or depository participant;
- an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or distributor of financial products;
- a body registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other financial regulator in any of the above capacities.
The Platform does not require, and users should never provide, any real brokerage, bank, or demat account credentials in order to practise.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Platform — including default watchlists, sample portfolios, sorting, rankings, tooltips, educational content, or any output generated as you practise — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or to adopt any trading or investment strategy. Any decision you make in real markets is your own, and you should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before acting.
4. Simulated results are not real results
Simulated or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. Practice trading does not involve real financial risk and therefore cannot fully account for the emotional discipline, real-world liquidity, order slippage, brokerage, taxes, statutory charges, and execution constraints of live trading. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results. Real trading and investment in securities carry substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital.
5. Market data
Consistent with regulatory guidance applicable to virtual trading platforms in India, prices and market information on the Platform are delayed and not real-time, and may additionally be indicative, approximated, or simulated. They should not be relied upon for real trading, valuation, or any other financial decision, and the Company is not liable for any loss arising from any delay in, or inaccuracy of, this data. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or otherwise extract the data feed from the Platform by any means. Index and instrument names (for example, NIFTY, Bank Nifty, Fin Nifty, Sensex) and related marks belong to their respective owners. The Company is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NSE, BSE, any exchange, or any index provider, and such names are used only to identify the instruments being simulated.
6. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
7. Changes
We may update this disclosure from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the current version.
